Home Builder Marketing Agency for Florida Builders
A home builder marketing agency earns its fee in one place: your model home calendar. We run ads per community, push quick move-in inventory, answer every lead in English or Spanish within minutes, and book the visit. Florida is where we focus.

01Florida market · 2025
Florida permits one in eight new U.S. single-family homes
Florida authorized 111,173 single-family homes in 2025, out of 911,903 nationwide, per the Census Bureau's Building Permits Survey. Only Texas permitted more.
#2 state in the U.S.
Only Texas permitted more single-family homes.
−10.3% vs. 2024
NAHB: Florida single-family permits fell, so more builders compete for fewer buyers.
That volume is spread thin. Lee, Manatee and Polk counties each permitted more single-family homes than Orange County, community by community.

Permits are a coastal-and-I-4 story
Southwest Florida leads: Lee permitted 9,962 homes, Manatee 7,014. Polk, between Tampa and Orlando, permitted 6,725, more than Orange County's 4,221.

Buyer traffic is the bottleneck, not demand
NAHB's October 2026 builder survey dropped to 29, the lowest reading since June 2012. Its buyer traffic index sits at 18. Builders are paying for that gap with margin: 43% cut prices in October, by 6% on average, and 65% used incentives such as rate buydowns.

03Price cut vs. visits
Discount the price, or fill the calendar?
Field noteEvery extra qualified visit is a sale you do not have to discount.
Put in your own numbers. The calculator compares the margin a price cut gives away with the visits you would need to sell the same homes at full price.

Many Florida buyers prefer Spanish. For that audience see our Hispanic real estate marketing agency page; condo developers in Miami can start with Miami pre-construction marketing.
05Reporting
Our reporting unit is the attended visit, not the raw lead.
06County by county
Where we start: county by county
Permit valuation per home shows how different each market is. A campaign for Marion County entry-level homes should not look like one for Sarasota.

No. We work remotely, in English and Spanish, with Florida as our focus market. The way to reach us is booking a call.
What results have you delivered?
Our programs generate 45+ qualified appointments a month, and we have helped clients bill more than $240M. Published cases are in our Spanish-language results section. Results vary by market, so we never guarantee sales.
How many builders do you take on?
At most 12 partners, with guaranteed exclusivity, so two competing communities never share our team.
